Exhibition by Mgr Alfred ANCEL at the Crypt of Fourvière

The Mgr Alfred ANCEL exhibition is continuing its journey. From Saturday 03 to Saturday 31 May 2025, it will be in the Crypt of Notre-Dame de Fourvière.
Here you will find 14 panels highlighting the different stages in the life of Mgr Alfred ANCEL (childhood and training, priest in the diocese of Lyon and first steps in the Institute, Superior General and bishop, active retirement among the poor, migrants and working class activists).
As a reminder, the exhibition celebrating the fortieth anniversary of Alfred Ancel's death is organised by the Prado family, the Church in Lyon and Father Ancel's family. It provides an opportunity to relive the important mission accomplished in the footsteps of Christ and Father Antoine Chevrier, founder of Prado, by this priest from Lyon who was Superior General of the Secular Institute of Prado priests and then Auxiliary Bishop of Lyon for the Catholic Church.
It's worth noting that each panel includes a QR Code that takes you to a page containing further information (previously unpublished texts and photos).
