In my meetings with asylum seekers, refugees and migrants... what was my approach, my stance?
Have I shown kindness, respect and genuine listening skills, even in the face of silence or disappointment? What fears have these exchanges brought out in me? What personal challenges am I being called to? How do I deal with the things I don't say, the silences?
